Mr. Rollet brings an extensive technology background to the AIS management team, with nearly 30 years of business, sales, and management experience – over 20 years in the IT sector.

Prior to joining AIS, he was Senior Director of Operations and Service Delivery at EMC, managing over 150,000 square feet of hosting and cloud infrastructure in support of EMC business units worldwide.

Before EMC, Mr. Rollet served eight years at regional data center operator Peak 10, including four years as Senior Vice President of Market Operations. At Peak 10, he was responsible for overseeing the financial, service delivery, support, sales management, and facilities operations. Prior to Peak 10, Mr. Rollet held sales and operational leadership roles with AMR Corp and GEAC Computer Corporation.

Mr. Rollet holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington.

Mr. Carter is a professionally certified Data Center Design Electro-mechanical engineer, with over 18 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining Tier II-III data centers across the country for companies such as LexisNexis and Fidelity Information Services.

Throughout this time his key focus has been ensuring continuous reliability, availability, and uptime, ensuring large, complex organizations can remain productive in the face of unpredictable circumstances.

During his five years at Fidelity and six years at LexisNexis, Mr. Carter oversaw an unprecedented level of continuous uptime. During his tenure there was not a single revenue-impacting outage.

Mr. Carter holds a BS in Engineering from Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Dayton. He is the recipient of the 2012 IT Executive of the Year award from the San Diego Business Journal.

Mr. Hoskins is a seasoned IT and operations leader, bringing a strong combination of technology, management and consulting experience to the AIS management team.

Prior to joining AIS, Hoskins served as Data Center Operations Manager for Sungard® Availability Services™ (Sungard AS). During his time there, he served in a variety of key roles including Data Center Operations Supervisor, Hosting Specialist and Operations Technician, with responsibilities covering operations, project management, problem resolution and team development.

Prior to Sungard AS, Mr. Hoskins worked in Network Operations Support for LPL Financial and held Mainframe Operations and Storage Operations positions at Procter & Gamble (P&G).

Mr. Hoskins is ITIL v3 Certified and holds an Associate of Applied Business Degree (AAB) in Computer Information Systems Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Fitzpatrick is a respected and seasoned professional bringing over 17 years of experience in the technology sector to AIS. Before joining AIS, Mr. Fitzpatrick was VP of Sales at KIO Networks, where he aided in the company’s transition from focusing on data center operations to providing a balance of colocation, network operations and managed services. Prior to Kio, he worked as a Strategic Account Sales Manager at Ricoh Business Solutions in the Greater San Diego area. Mr. Fitzpatrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from California State University, Chico.

Mr. Bauer brings over 20 years of experience in information technology and the OEM industry to AIS. As Director of Technology he oversees the technology team in designing custom hybrid cloud architectures for AIS clients. Prior to joining AIS, Bauer worked for KIO Networks —recently acquired by the Zayo Group — for over two years leading the solutions architecture team in aligning the company’s existing solutions with its business objectives as well as client needs. Before KIO, Bauer led the managed service provider DigitalDose Inc., providing enterprise solutions and customized cloud services to businesses in San Diego and beyond.
