Client Services Engineer (NEW!)

Primary responsibility is to provide clients with exceptional technical support ensuring continual availability of contracted services and SLA agreements are met.  Key support activities include: implementation, documentation and support of various managed services (e.g. Managed OS, Active Directory); connectivity troubleshooting; systems, network, facility and security monitoring; and facility access control via the NOC environment within a 24×7 managed services data center.


Accounts Receivable (NEW!)

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for applying customer payments, pursuing collections on past due accounts receivable, and performing other accounts receivable related tasks.
Other responsibilities include: Cash application/payment posting, researching and reconciling accounts, billing/invoicing, issuing credits, monitoring aging reports and collection of past due accounts.


Director of Critical Infrastructure (NEW!)

Responsible for ensuring maximum reliability, availability and productivity of the production environment from an electro-mechanical infrastructure perspective at all sites. Operates and maintains power supply and distribution and environmental conditioning systems to ensure maximum operational uptime in a continuous sustainable environment. Task organizes, lead s and manages directorate personnel to ensure immediate contingency response for all infrastructure support system contingencies. Though primarily responsible for ensuring that power distribution and environmental support are delivered to the IT hardware location, the individual also has a high degree of knowledge of production floor operational standards and ensures that all measures are implemented to maximize IT system operability.


Account Executive – New Business (NEW!)

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Executive role focuses heavily on outside sales activities to generate new business in the local and regional market through prospecting, networking, and face-to-face meetings. This position will be based in the Lightwave Data Center, with some travel required.


Account Manager – Business Development (NEW!)

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Account Manager role focuses heavily on sales to current customers and contract renewals. The Account Manager will maintain a close relationship with customers to maintain customer satisfaction and simplify the upgrade and renewal processes. This position will be based in the Lightwave Data Center, with some travel required.
