AIS for LLS Campaign is a Success

We just concluded a drive to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. AIS was the title sponsor of the Leukemia Cup Regatta event sponsored by the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club off Newport Beach, CA.

We also held a special AIS for LLS outing at Petco Park where San Diego Padres played an afternoon game against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Attendance exceeded our expectations by over 30%. Our campaign was a success with over $25,000 in contributions received.

AIS chief executive officer, Tim Caulfield had this to say,

“As the past president of the Orange Country & Riverside Chapter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Board of Directors, I have first hand knowledge of the impact of blood cancers. An awesome thing about the funds that are raised is that seventy-five cents of every dollar goes directly to benefit those impacted by the disease and their families.”
