AIS Facilitates iMailTracking’s Move to Managed Cloud Services in Less Than 20 Days

SAN DIEGO – December 10, 2015 –  AIS Data Centers, the Southwest market leader for business-ready IT infrastructure, today announced that it has recently facilitated a fast and   seamless IT transition to the AIS Cloud for iMailTracking, a leading provider of secure mail management and mail processing services.

“AIS helped iMailTracking understand and capture the security, cost and control advantages of Managed Cloud Services and orchestrated the company’s transition to AIS BusinessCloud in less than 20 days,” said said Greg Rollet, CEO for AIS.

While undergoing corporate restructuring, iMailTracking needed to move their entire IT infrastructure out of a traditional on-site server room. The AIS team worked with iMailTracking to assess their needs and recommended a move to Cloud to reduce costs, simplify IT operations and enhance security. AIS then organized and completed the company’s IT infrastructure transition to the Cloud in under 20 days, ensuring continuous uptime and business continuity for iMailTracking and its clients.

“With help from AIS, we were able to quickly and cost-effectively migrate to the Cloud without the headaches associated with a traditional IT infrastructure move,” said David Dutcher, President for iMailTracking. “Rather than simply providing a cost quote, AIS actually assessed our needs and environment, then created a complete plan that worked for our business and our customers. AIS offered a creative solution the other data center providers never mentioned.”

AIS provided a total Cloud solution for iMailTracking and oversaw each step of the transition, using virtualization and data migration best practices along the way. iMailTracking was able to take advantage of all of the features and benefits of AIS BusinessCloud, a powerful public cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offering that provides the highest levels of security, performance, availability, fault-tolerance and redundancy. Moving forward, AIS will provide continuous Cloud monitoring, management and support services for iMailTracking.

“Moving to the Cloud saved us time, money and headaches. AIS’s BusinessCloud solution has been good for our business – our clients enjoy improved connectivity and reduced downtime and appreciate the added security and business continuity options,” added Dutcher.
