Hoskins to Drive Stringent Service Delivery Standards and Operational Efficiencies at AIS

SAN DIEGO – April 1, 2015 – AIS Data Centers, the Southwest market leader for business-ready IT infrastructure, today announced that Daniel Hoskins has joined the company as Director of Service Assurance and Compliance. Hoskins is a senior and seasoned IT and operations leader with a strong combination of technology, management and consulting experience. In his new role at AIS, Hoskins will focus on optimizing service delivery, enhancing support and driving greater operational efficiencies throughout the organization.

Hoskins brings over a decade of technology experience to AIS. Directly prior to joining AIS, Hoskins served as Data Center Operations Manager for Sungard® Availability Services™ (Sungard AS), a leading provider of information availability through managed IT, cloud and recovery services. Hoskins’ tenure at Sungard was wide ranging and he honed his operations, project management, problem resolution and team development skills while serving in a variety of key roles, including Data Center Operations Manager and Supervisor, Hosting Specialist and Operations Technician. Before Sungard, Hoskins worked in Network Operations Support for LPL Financial as well as Mainframe Operations and Storage Operations for Procter & Gamble (P&G). Hoskins is ITIL v3 Certified and holds an Associate of Applied Business Degree (AAB) in Computer Information Systems Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College in Cincinnati, Ohio.
